To ensure your application is accepted without rejection, the photo must adhere to the following strict Ministry of Home Affairs criteria:

Background: The background of the photo must be plain white or light blue.
Facial Visibility: Both eyes and both ears must be completely and clearly visible.
Eyeglasses: Wearing spectacles/glasses is strictly prohibited.
Attire Regulations: Photos taken in school uniforms or combat/military attire are not legally valid.
Digital Manipulation: Digital editing to add suits/coats or any form of artificial manipulation using technology is strictly unacceptable.
Grooming Restrictions: Earrings/studs for men and hair falling over or covering the face/forehead for women are not permitted.
